LATEST CLUB NEWS...

Stuart, Just a message to thank you for all of the enjoyment that you have brought . I have fully enjoyed the rides and trips that you have organised over the years and have enjoyed many places that I would never have seen. It would appear that my Career as a serious Mountain Biker has probably come to an end ( what do you mean what career I hear you say.) I am due to have a kidney removed ( I had a scan and they have found a tumour attached to it so it has to go). The good news is that they dont think that it is anywhere else so I should make a full recovery. Where before I used to lead from the back on the downhill I think that when I do get back on the bike it will be flat leafy lanes at an even slower pace (yes that is possible for me). Enjoy your biking and your Retirement when it comes Again thank you it was a pleasure. Mirrorman. NB. Steve is recovering from his Operation at home. I was personally upset when I heard the news but he has told me all has gone well. Spare a thought. Stuzzer.
